Hong Kong Yuheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \"we\" or “Digital Shield Wallet”) operates the platform (“Platform”) accessible via website, mobile app, API, or by such other means as we or our affiliates may prescribe from time to time.

 

We respect and protect the privacy of our users (hereinafter referred to as \"you\" or \"users\"). When you use Digital Shield Wallet or any of our services (“Services”), we collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

This Privacy Policy describes how we process the personal information collected when you access the Platform. Any subsequent website, application, or service you access may also be subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy (if any).

Ⅰ. Collected Information

We collect the following information to meet your service needs in Digital Shield Wallet, adhering to the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity.

 

Important Notes:

• Your wallet password, private key, and mnemonic phrase are not stored or synchronized to our servers.

• We cannot retrieve your wallet password, private key, or mnemonic phrase for you.

• Before collecting additional personal information for specific features, we will provide a clear notice.

 

We may collect and use your personal information without your consent if permitted by law, including but not limited to:

1. Matters related to national security and defense;

2. Public safety, public health, and significant public interest;

3. Criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments;

4. Information you have disclosed publicly;

5. Information obtained from legally disclosed sources (e.g., news reports, government publications);

6. Maintaining the security and compliance of our Services;

7. Other circumstances stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

 

Business Data:

• Transaction and On-chain Interaction Data: When you use token swap (Swap), cross-chain bridge (Bridge), or DeFi protocol services, we collect your wallet address, counterparty addresses, transaction amounts, Gas fees, transaction timestamps, and status.

• Contract Interaction Information: When you perform smart contract calls, perpetual contract trades, or authorization (Approval) operations, we may record your contract instruction data, authorized allowances (Allowance), and related signature hashes. This information is used to display transaction history, asset profit and loss (P&L), and risk control alerts within the App interface.

• Public Nature of On-chain Data: You understand and acknowledge that the aforementioned transaction data belongs to public information on the blockchain network. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network, it becomes permanently public and searchable information. We cannot delete or modify any data that has been recorded on the blockchain.

 

Information Collection Methods:

• Information you voluntarily provide;

• Information obtained from third parties with your authorization;

• Data generated through your use of our apps and Services;

• Information provided when contacting us through social platforms, communication tools, face-to-face meetings, calls, emails, or other channels;

• Information provided during transactions or requests to contact you;

• Newsletter subscription information;

• Partial or complete transaction records copied from the blockchain system (actual records are determined by the blockchain).

 

Ⅱ. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send important notices, such as software updates, service agreements, or Privacy Policy changes;

• Provide “Fingerprint/Face Unlock” functionality for enhanced security and convenience;

• Process feedback you submit (including your disclosed wallet address and device information);

• Conduct internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve service quality;

• Manage and process your usage behavior in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable regulations;

• Provide and optimize access and interaction services for token swaps (Swap), cross-chain bridges (Bridge), and third-party DeFi protocols;

• Display and manage your smart contract interaction records, authorized allowances (Allowance), and position and profit/loss (P&L) data for perpetual contracts;

• Provide risk warning and security monitoring services by analyzing contract addresses and transaction behaviors.

 

Ⅲ. How You Manage Your Information

You may:

• View your imported wallet information in Digital Shield Wallet;

• View your mnemonic phrase and private key under the \"Select Wallet\"

• Enable or disable ‘Face ID’ unlocking operations within the settings;

• View and revoke your token access authorizations for third-party smart contracts within the \"Approval Management\" section;

• View and filter your swap, cross-chain, and smart contract interaction records within the transaction history.

 

Please note:

• Refusal to provide specific information may result in the inability to use certain Services;

• Blockchain transactions are inherently public and transparent, and we cannot control this;

 

You may request that we update, change, or delete your information. However, we may continue collecting certain information under Section I(6) without your consent.

 

Ⅳ. Sharing or Transferring Your Information

We will:

• Store personal information for business and legal purposes;

• Not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information without your consent;

• Share with strategic partners, third-party platforms, or affiliates only with your consent and for agreed purposes;

• Obtain your consent before cross-border data transfers, ensuring equivalent protection standards.

Exceptions where consent is not required:

1. Publicly disclosed information authorized by you;

2. Information from legally disclosed sources;

3. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes;

Ⅴ. Automatic Data Collection Technology

1. Cookies – Small text files identifying your browser or device, used to analyze user behavior and preferences. You can disable Cookies, but some functions may be affected.

2. Web Analytics – Data analysis on how features are accessed, enabling product optimization.

3. Third-Party SDKs  – To analyze promotional effectiveness and optimize user experience, Digital Shield Wallet integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs).

4. AppsFlyer SDK

4.1 Provider: AppsFlyer Ltd. (https://www.appsflyer.com)

4.2 Purpose: Used to measure app promotion effectiveness and analyze installation sources, such as evaluating installs and subsequent user activities generated by Apple Search Ads campaigns.

4.3 Information Collected: Device information (e.g., IDFA/IDFV, operating system version, device model), app installation and activation events, and in-app activity events (e.g., opening the app, feature clicks, completed transactions).

4.4 Collection Conditions: For iOS devices, IDFA is collected only after you have explicitly granted permission to “Allow Tracking.” If you deny or restrict tracking in your device settings, IDFA will not be collected or stored.

4.5 Data Processing: The AppsFlyer SDK generates an anonymous identifier locally and transmits encrypted data to AppsFlyer’s servers for attribution and conversion analysis.

4.7 Sharing: Data transmitted to AppsFlyer is anonymized and used solely for attribution analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared or used for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.

Ⅵ. How We Protect Your Information

• If operations cease, we will stop collecting data, announce service termination, and delete or anonymize stored information within a reasonable time;

• Implement technical and organizational measures, internal compliance, staff training, and access controls;

• Push security-related updates in the \"Notifications\" section of Digital Shield Wallet.

• Your transaction signing process is completed entirely within the Digital Shield hardware device. This ensures that your private keys and sensitive signing data are processed within a physically isolated environment (Air-gapped), and are never uploaded to any cloud or third-party servers

• While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, wireless transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Third-Party Service Integration:The swap, cross-chain, DeFi, and contract transaction functions provided by the Platform involve integration with third-party decentralized protocols. These third parties maintain independent privacy policies. Digital Shield Wallet does not control or assume any responsibility for how these third parties process your personal information.

• Applicability of Third-Party Privacy Policies: Before using the aforementioned third-party functions, we recommend that you carefully review the service terms and privacy policies of such third parties; by granting authorization or executing a contract, you are deemed to have accepted the privacy handling practices of the respective third party;

• Risk Acknowledgment: We shall not assume any legal liability for any personal information leakage or asset loss resulting from third-party services;

• We will not proactively provide your personal information to unauthorized third parties, and will seek your consent before processing sensitive personal data;

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and post the revised version on the Platform; your continued use of the Services signifies your consent to be bound by the revised policy content;
